How to join Association?

Who can be a member of Ukrainian Internet Association?

Juridical person, whose activity is connected with functioning of Internet network services market and those, who admit UIA Statue.

What kind of membership to choose?

There are Full members and Associated members.

Full members have right to:

take part in managing UIA;
vote by making decisions at General meeting;
demand consideration of questions concerning UIA activity at General meeting;
elect and be elected in UIA authorities;
get information about UIA activities;
use all kinds of methodic literature and other help, which can be presented by UIA;
publish scientific works in UIA editions;
get help from UIA in defense of legal rights and interests;
leave the Association;
оther rights mentioned in Statue.

Associated members have right to:
All rights of Full members except in items 2 and 4 of above list.

What is the procedure of joining Association?

To join Association it is necessary: To get recommendation from Full members of Association (two). To fill in an application of candidate. Board considers an application and makes decision. Decision is being made in the course of a month from the day of presenting an application. To get notification about admittance to UIA members. To pay in entrance fee.

What is an entrance and annual fee?

An entrance fee: Full member - 4 000 hryvnas (including sum of annual fee for the current calendar year); Associated member - 660 hryvnas (including sum of annual fee for the current calendar year). Annual fees: Full member - 4 000 hryvnas; Associated member - 660 hryvnas. What are the terms of paying fee? An entrance fee is paid in the course of 30 banking days from the moment of notification about accepting to UIA members. An annual fee should be paid in till 31 January each calendar year.
